Job Overview and Responsibilities:As scrum master within the Digital studio, you will be assigned to projects, based on your expertise and the project specifics. You are able to work closely together with the business, willing to go the extra mile and love to tackle new challenges.The projects you will work on are usually up to 12 weeks long and there is a lot of variety among them, making the work very interesting. In addition to the projects, you play a key role within the agile transformation of SBS, by training and supporting project managers within the organization.

You know scrum methodology and rituals and are able to animate and take the lead in these sessions or related workshops

Prepares and moderates sprint planning & sprint review

Makes sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint

Moderates daily stand-up meetings

Prepares sprint demos with UX designer

Organizes sprint retrospective
-
On boards and train the team on Agile Methodology and tools, helps them develop autonomy, self-organization and master Agile

Establishes an environment where the team can be effective and protected from negative outside interactions

Anticipates, raise and clears obstacles

Ensures a good relationship between the team and product owner

Facilitates collaboration and production of different outputs, is an Agile coach for the project team

You participate to the transformation of Solvay ways of working by spreading agile into the organization (trainings, workshops..)
- Minimum 5 years experience on managing projects in large organisation

Experience as Scrum Master or willingness to learn quickly

Knowledge or expertise of these skills are a plus:

Scrum master certification

Knowledge of other agile approaches is a plus: Kanban, Scrumban, XP, …

Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team: JIRA, Slack
Skills:- You are a strong communicator: you make the bridge between the development team, UX design team and business experts
